This is one of the Terminal pages. We use them to discuss the technical issues, policies, and operations of Plane Spotting World. The Terminal is divided into sections covering these different aspects, but if you can't decide which to use, try Left Luggage. You can see all station cafe sections at once here. QF A380

Just a small correction to your A380 database. All the QF A380's are A380-842's not -841's

for confirmation see : http://www.casa.gov.au/casadata/regsearch/airsresults.asp?VHin=&framein=all&manuin=&modelin=A380&regholdin=&regopin=&serialin=&num_results=10&Search=Search

or the A380 production list on http://www.airlinerlist.com/

The Qantas ones have the RR Trent 972 engines which have a slightly higher takeoff thrust, SQ has the RR Trent 970 engines, hence the different designation.

cheers

Better to discuss at the article's talk page: Talk:A380 production list -Finlaycj 19:17, 17 December 2008 (UTC)

Hello, I found the A380 production list quit interesting and it proved to be quit reliable for the 2008-deliveries. But recently it became a little bit strange:

Column "Airlines": I understand that it would be intersting to see directly if A6-EDD is Emirates fourth A380 for example. But to add the number of the A380 in the column of the airline makes the table less cleary arranged as it looks like a footnote.

Column "Planned delivery" what means "by airline"? Obviously someone wanted to say "delivered to the airline" but "by airline"???

Number of A380s to be delivered in 2009: as well known, Airbus intends to deliver 18 A380s in 2009. This doesnt fit to the list, which indicates that more A380s will be delivered, e.g. it's sure that China Southern will not receive any A380 in 2009.

This were just some things I found and I wanted to let you know as I very much appreciate your work here. Best regards —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ultravoxreuniuon (talkcontribs)

Comments left

Thanks for the comments. The only way that we can make this list better is with feedback. On the accuracy of the delivery, I will go through and try to sort out the deliveries. The list changes as facts are located, we try not to make changes until a source for the changes can be found. This list is a compilation from many published sources, so please use it for informational purposes only. We strive to make it as accurate as possible. The confusing part will be cleaned up as we get comments.

For future comments, use the discussion tab at the top of the lists page. It is easier to get to than this page.
