Please can we be really careful not to get accused of adding spam links etc to other places?
Links added should be relevant to places, add value, and subtle. As a generalisation a link that goes to a page inside that adds value to a forum discussion elsewhere will generate traffic that is regular. Out of that traffic will come editors that commit to doing a little. Out of those editors will come enthusiasts.
