Fokker W.1
From PlaneSpottingWorld, for aviation fans everywhere
The Fokker W.1 and W.2 were Anthony Fokker's first tries at float plane design. Both were lost after few flights. Little is know of them aside from those grim facts and they had either a 70 hp or 100 hp engines. Fokker sent his parents a post card proclaiming the first flight of the W.1 successful.
